I called Brian a couple months ahead of our fall shutdown date to ensure he could schedule ahead and have time. To blow out our cabin/camper water system He would only do it if I could give him a specific day since shutdowns get clogged up last minute. Our usual end of season is last weekend of September which he said was fine. I called him later to change to a week later because weather would be good at least to then. He said happily “not a problem”. I called to confirm he previous week. He never returned my call and then didn’t show up and did not return at least six messages. Calling other plumbers this time of year for shutting water systems is impossible. They are all very busy. No one could do it. Now I have to buy an air compressor set up and figure it out myself. Yes we had to be patient about when he could do the work AND his crew was worth the wait. They installed both an air source heat pump and a lakewater system at my seasonal cabin. He was able to get an electrician in quickly, patiently showed me how to shut the system down, found humor instead of frustration, kindness instead of impatience in a few awkward spots.

My 70 yo mother had a plugged septic line at the cabin. Rusco answered right away and set up a time to come out the next day.... then never showed up. I spent half a day waiting, sent texts (which I know could be received as he had me text the address), and left voicemails; none of which were responded to. Was it that hard to tell me you weren't coming? Thanks for nothing except setting me back a whole day on the issue.

Never called me back, so I tried again. Furnance was out, and I had enough space heaters to keep the cabin warm. After no responce at call back within a day and a half, I called another local newer company who called back within a couple hours. They came out first thing the next morning and within an hour, I was up and running. I was disappointed in Rusco. But happy I found a great company to call in the future. With 3 cabins, that is one good feeling!

They don't care enough to call back. Over a week since calling. Living without heat. :(
