Furnace went out at midnight, Russco was able to come out that day within 2 hours of me calling. Bill and Jeremy were very courteous and professional and got everything running very quickly. The price was much better than I was fearing. I would definitely recommend them and won't hesitate to call them first when something comes up again (hopefully far into the future).

I've been using Russco after buying my house 15 yrs ago. The customer service is outstanding. They educated me on the function of both the furnace and AC unit. They do maintenance on the AC in the Spring and return in the fall for the furnace. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

My heater quit working and I called Russ and he was able to come out fix the problem and we had heat again!! Also had outstanding service and I would not call anyone else to work on my hear or a/c!! Russco is the BEST heating and air company in NWI!!
