I needed a new furnace ASAP & Valor was the place to call. They were here in a timely fashion. Respectful & honest as to what I needed. The cost & time was great & the owner Ardy & his workee, Aiden were here before the time they said. Wow its so great to have heat in this super cold weather. The service was quick and professional. I called on a Sunday and someone answered the phone. I was expecting a voicemail. They were out within 30 minutes to assess the issue for my grandpa. Once it was determined a new furnace would be the better investment, it was ordered and installed the next day. Aiden, Artie, and Matthew were very friendly and are very knowledgeable in their area of work. My grandpa is very happy with the service.

The Valor Team is amazing! My furnace was not working on a very cold day. Matt sent Ayden out to my my home and he did not leave until I had heat. I will recommend you to everyone and use your company for all future services

Listen, when I tell you this is the best company I e came across hands down!!! I was having problems with my furnace and gave Valor a called & they were literally at my home within 20 minutes! Valor fixed my furnace within less than a hour! Due to them giving me so much knowledge about HVAC I’ve realized that my furnace has never ran properly since the closing on my home. I just figured my house was not warming up because cold air maybe coming in through windows or doors. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! I’m her informative now and will only use this company for any HVAC related questions and issues!

I'm very impressed with the service I received today from the team at Valor. Our house is not typical and has a 3rd floor attic with a 12/12 pitch standing seam metal roof and we needed a liner installed in our chimney to correct a previous furnace installation from another local company that skipped the liner causing serious damage to our chimney and building. Most contractors shy away from the challenge but not Artie, he took his time and did the job in a safe professional manner and we finally have the heat back on in our 2nd floor apartment. If you need HVAC work done I wouldn't hesitate to call valor
