My fiance and I were loyal customers for 7 years, always paid our bill in full and promptly. Last year when I had a kerosene delivery scheduled the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and made it seem like it was a real burden for them to have to come out and deliver the product that they sell. On the bill they left for me they had written a snide remark that it was almost spring and that I shouldn't need kerosene to heat my home at this point. I brushed it off and this year called them again to order kerosene. It was nothing but attitude on the phone, again as if it were a real hassle for them to come out and deliver the product they sell. I don't know what happened to this company, it was recommended to me by a family member and they used to be great, very polite, great service. Not

First and foremost they are incredibly nice people! We’ve had speedy response and oil delivery and they stand behind their work. Very grateful for all of this during this horribly cold weather!

The people here are great. Just signed u for oil delivery and we had a great experience. Got oil to us in a matter of hours!
