Vince D did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet and rug! Highest of recommendations. He represents a family owned business and you can tell with the detail he provides in his services. Going that extra step to protect your furniture while cleaning the carpet is so thoughtful. All my animals were safe with the door being carefully blocked. We have used Russell Martin for carpet cleaning for over twenty years. They are consistently excellent in their work, and very pleasant. Chris, the technician who recently cleaned our carpets, has been to our home in the past, and had all the measurements with him. Companies with this level of customer service are becoming increasingly rare. We appreciate Russell Martin and will only use them in the future.

Kai was here in December. I was his first appointment for the day. He cleaned the hallway, the stairs, the living room, and the dining room. I was extremely happy with the way it looked when he was done. Kai was pleasant and professional. I will definitely call them again.
