After my boys purchased their home, they soon discovered there were rat(s) in the attic. From the very beginning, Steve and his son were honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Other companies we contacted tried to charge us over $10,000 and recommended unnecessary work, but Steve explained clearly that none of that was needed.
