Absolutely disgusting customer service. I went to the front door expecting to speak with the woman at the front desk. She wouldn’t even open the door to speak to me. She preferred to leave the door locked and ask me what I wanted through the door. As an active real estate investor, this is an absolute DISGRACE. That woman just left $10k+ on the door simply because she refused to give at least a basic service. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Great company and great owner. Tony is amazing. On time, fairly priced, high quality work. I feel it's very important to use a company that has been around and will be around when purchasing a product like roofing. If you have a problem in 5 years and you used the "cheap" fly by night company, good luck finding them to fix your issue. Russo has been around forever. Same phone number, same family. Everyone I recommended them to thanks me when the job is done. They are the premier roofing company in Nee Haven county.

Russo Roofing responded quickly to my request for a quote. My project was scheduled promptly. The work was done professionally and clean up was perfect. Communication was excellent and the price was very competitive. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Excellent, honest, hardworking. They were willing to just fix the small problem on my roof for a reasonable price and did not at all pressure me into anything I didn't need. Previously, another company quoted me 6 times as much for the same job and tried to pressure me into buying an entire new roof I don't yet need at an exorbitant interest rate. Tony was great to work with!
