I was looking for someone that could help us through the process of purchasing and installing kitchen countertops. I went to a different vendor and never even received a call back. We found Russo Stone and I gave them a call and Ben Pikul answered the phone and told me he would be happy to help. Ben guided us through the whole process. He was always available or returned my call promptly. He provided us with different layout options for the layout. I needed the job done by a certain time and he met are needs. I would recommend Ben to anyone needing new kitchen countertops without any hesitation.

TLDR: they templated and installed the wrong piece of the slab that I picked out, and they are unresponsive in acknowledging or addressing their mistake. Longer story: I have worked with Russo twice now, both in my kitchen. The first time was seven years ago during a kitchen remodel and for the most part everything went well. During install they warned that the seam of two slabs could have some issues when getting glued together based on the slab’s size and unfortunately what they warned me about did happen so the seam looks a little mucked-up. Not their fault. Fast-forward to this spring and we did some additional work in our kitchen. I was able to find a remnant piece of slab to match our existing. I went to the showroom and picked out specifically where on the remnant I wanted cut. Th

Russo Stone and Tile Design, LLC gave us a good price on our counter top. They also ordered a jumbo slab for our project at no additional charge, which allowed them to eliminate a seam. The quality of one of the corners did not meet our expectations. It appears that more material was removed from the underside of this corner than the rest of the counter top which gives an inconsistent tapering appearance at this corner. I wrote Russo Stone and Tile Design LLC about this issue and left two phone messages. The only response to my written communication was to inform me that Tony Russo would be in contact with me regarding this issue. I can't say enough great things about Tony Russo, Ben Pikul, and the rest of the team at Russo Stone Design. After meeting with Tony and his team a year or so ago, we've been using them to fabricate and install stone tops for us. We utilize a couple fabricators in town, and in some instances the other fabricators may be a bit less expensive. That being said, the level of service we have received from the team has been phenomenal. This doesn't meant that there isn't an occasional hiccup here or there but they will go to GREAT lengths to ensure that our clients our happy. They are a wonderful trade partner for our business and the peace of mind we receive in knowing that our clients are taken care of is priceless.

Russo Stone Design provided us with the perfectly crafted countertop to finish our project. Ben Pikul was my point of contact and I will heartily recommend him to all of my friends looking for countertops. Both installation crews were professional, polite, and gracious in answering all of my questions. They would not leave until I was 100% satisfied. This should be your go-to company for any project that needs a solid surface top.
