I love working with owner-operated service companies, so knew what I was looking for when we decided to replace our dilapidated split rail fence. Lou and his team totally fit the bill. They were fabulous. Prompt, friendly, honest, flexible, efficient...everything you want from your contractor! Plus, on the day of installation, we came up with some last-minute changes (added a catty-corner gate to our neighbor's yard) that Lou and team just rolled with, good-natured and with a can-do attitude. So we had Rustic attach deer fencing to the split rail, which is what you see in the photos. It's almost invisible from a short distance away.
