Rut Fencing

Do not use this fencing company. They never show when they say their going to, when they show it’s late. Never return phone calls. I had to call him 5 times for an estimate and each time he had to call his office to see if the estimate was done. Never heard back from him, they really are a one star performance. Called the owner of the company and told him how disappointed I was, his response was ok. I told him don’t get mad about my review, his response was do what you got to do! Customer service doesn’t exist in today’s world!

Contacted RUT fencing about installing a solar gate opener before Christmas. They stated that after the New Year, they would be interested in my project. I made one ph call and one email attempt after the New Year, but no one returned either. I have found another company to do the work. Bar C Welding did the work in a few hours, they were very professional and affordable.

Got a lifetime warranty on my fence. Husband passed & unable to find paperwork. I guess they do not keep paperwork. Unable to get my fence fixed. Very disappointed in this company.

Chad and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Very pleased with the quality of workmanship and install of fence with two solar gates.

Set up two meetings to discuss 3,200’ fence job. Never showed. Undependable.
