Ryan Electric of St Cloud

We recently had lights remodeled and added in our house. We had called around and Ryan Electric was the best fit. Answered any questions I had and had our lights installed in a timely manner with no complications! I will definitely be coming to Ryan Electric with any future electric needs.

Completely unprofessional. I called last week to schedule an appointment. Explained the situation and we got things figured out for later in the week. Receptionist called an hour or so later and said because I was shopping around they wouldn't be able to do the job as it was "not worth their time". I was very confused because they were the 2nd company I called and the first one didn't even answer. And we had a solid date confirmed already. She apologized and said she was supposed to call someone else with that info. Okay I guess not a big deal. Day of the job came (this morning) and they're late for our 7:30 appointment. I wait until 8am and called again asking for an ETA. She said she meant to call me yesterday and said because we had already installed the lights they couldn't come out

I got to say if you need electrical work done Ryan’s is the one to call. They sent Jon and he did a outstanding, thorough, and professional job. He was very kind and answered any questions I had. He made the mess I had from someone off marketplace look outstanding. Lesson learned never find someone off marketplace that you don’t do investigating on, always make sure the person is licensed. Thanks again Jon for all your hard work, especially on a hot day like today😊

Called to get some work done. Planned a day that worked for me and they came out and did exactly what I asked for! Highly recommend.
