Exceptional Service from Ryan Oil! I have never had an oil company that treats their customers as wonderfully as Ryan Oil does. They are truly outstanding. They monitor our usage and automatically refill our oil without us ever having to call or lift a finger — it’s completely stress-free and such a relief. Their crew is absolutely top-notch. We have dogs, and the team regularly comes into our backyard to fill the oil tank. Every single time, they are incredibly thoughtful and careful to make sure the gate is securely latched before they leave. That level of care and attention says everything about the kind of company they are. Our deliveryman, Raymond, deserves a special shoutout. This is a wonderful company to work with! I called requesting a tune up for my oil boiler after the previous company I used stopped answering the phone or returning my calls. Ryan Oil was quick to return my call and had me on the schedule for a service call for the following week. Their quote was the most reasonable out of several companies I reached out to. Their technician, Scott, was very knowledgeable and treated my boiler as if it were his own. It turned out that my boiler was not being serviced correctly by the previous company I used as there were more parts on it that needed to be replaced than I expected, however Scott explained to me why he recommended replacing each part and it was clear to me that all of his recommendations were on point.
