I had a great experience with Ryan Waterproofing. I had a fairly large job (inside and outside work). The crew was very respectful and informative. I was only expecting everything to be broom swept at the end of the job but they wet mopped the entire work area. Its a great family business and I would highly recommend them. Update from original post: After all the snow melted and the recent rain, my basement is completely dry. The sump pump works great only running occasionally and there is no backsplash on the lawn like I had before.

This past summer I had 2 properties that had drain tile issues leading to water issues on my front lawns. The great team at Ryan Waterproofinhg came to the house, quickly assesed the problem and got to work quickly thereafter. They completed the jobs in a day, put the lawns back together as they were before. The drainage is now working as it should be and they did all that for a fair price.
