DO NOT RECOMMEND! Don't waste ur money or time with them. Once they had our money the customer service was GONE. We needed a repair and they kept saying they would come never showed. Weeks later finally answered the phone said they were out of town. Supposedly ordered a replacement part again no answer no repairs. Finally responded said they didn't want to work with us and sent our part back as if we were the problem. Our unit is still under warranty and not repaired.

PREFACE: Do not use this company. Here’s the reasons why… At first, we had nothing but good things to say about Ryan’s Heating and Cooling. They arrived for a last-minute check up to pronounce our AC as dead during the hottest week of the Ohio summer. He was quick to schedule a replacement to come and get put in, and he graciously worked with my husband and I and my grandparents so that payment was received. They will not do the work until they have received payment, which makes sense! However, this was not communicated to us up front. So our expectations for a Friday AC install turned into another long and hot weekend in the house. By Monday, though, our machine was installed and working great. No complaints there! Ryan and Nick were knowledgeable and showed up the next day for a time sensitive Air Conditioning repair I needed done in Fairborn. Fair price too. Will be giving them a call when it is time to replace the whole unit.

I had them put in a used air conditioner unit and they gave me a year warranty on it,it did not last 2 months and they more or less refuse to come out and remedy the situation. I have tried to call and text with no response. They did not honor their warranty and this was back in July, so now they refuse to refund my money or do anything about it I would not ever use these people again they do not stand behind their warranties.

If they had ZERO stars I would choose that! All I did was get stood up and my time wasted 3 different times and still have no heat in my house! I wouldn’t recommend a company that doesn’t like to show up or COMMUNICATE with their paying customers! I don’t see this company lasting long at all…too much competition these days to go with a company like this!
