[UPDATED] They left my house a mess.I had to talk to the manager to get basic containment set up. Said the cabinets didn’t get wet so they didn’t dry them. Contractors found clear water damage and they need to be replaced. A different person came each day to check on the drying and had no turnover or idea what going on. If USAA sends Rytech, find another company. It’s your right. I’d recommend the company, Independent Restoration Services. [UPDATE] Someone from the company came back to our home after seeing my review. He acknowledged the problems were real, took responsibility, apologized, and asked how they can make it right. I was shocked! I can't remember the last time someone took responsibility for their errors or gave me a sincere apology. I still wouldn't recommend them because I

Rytech has some really personable technicians that they employ. They do however seem to have a few communication issues that need to be worked out and tend to step on other's toes in regards to setting appointments and following up accurately. They did a great job exposing and clearing up the link and ensuring that there was no mold via inspection but they're pretty bad at cleaning up and preparing the areas for demo. They left dirt, dust and debris all over our bathroom counters (should have covered it up with plastic or similar), they left dirt and debris all over the bathroom floor instead of vacuuming it up.

We are very pleased with the work provided to us from Rytech they insured that everything was dry after they removed all the cabinets. They supported our counter perfectly until we get new cabinets put in. They are very professional, very kind. They treated us like family. Thanks Aleice/Julio.

Having to need a restoration company is never a good day. Home insurance sent out Rytech, and we are lifetime customers now. Clayton was our tech on most visits and communicates excellently. He kept us informed of arrival and worked with our schedule. Our cleanup job wasn’t the biggest disaster, but Clayton made us feel like a priority. He was prompt and explained the process thoroughly. I recommend Rytech!

I can't say enough about the young men assigned to my case. They were all very respectful and polite. They were punctual and always called prior to arriving. I learned from them all.
