Ryzec was our general contractor back in 2012. Ryzec helped us fix production facility / packing house, which included structural repairs, building extension, and interior complete renovation to comply with food safety requirements (GMP). Project was done in accordance with schedule, and in good quality. In August of 2023 we had and accident with a dumpster pick up truck at our property. Exterior wall of production building was damaged, suspended ceiling collapsed in one of our packing rooms. This caused production interruption. I called Ryzec and within a couple of hours Kris Zwycewicz was on site with his civil engineer assessing damages. Not so good builder. For starters the way the gutter is positioned on my house allows rain to put out directly into the walkway to the front porch; therefore; if it’s raining you have to walk around to the side to get out to your vehicle to keep from getting soaked. Also, the door handles and thermostat are positioned so low inside the home that my grandchildren can open the doors and change the thermostat. The last thing that I’ll mention is that there is a ditch in the backyard that fills up with water when it rains to where I can’t even put a fence around the backyard because it floods so bad and if so the water will rot the fence and not to mention cause mosquitoes and pest around the property, which it actually does now. I would not recommend this builder.
