They expect you to keep up with the time on their work orders. But they pay low. No welder should take less than 25 an hour. This place wants to pay 18. What's 18 going to get you with today's inflation. Minimum wage will be 15 soon. Do waste your time here. They make so much money and don't want to pay their workers a fair wage. There are plenty of places paying 25+ an hour.
Best place to manufacture and fabricate metal products. Organized, air-conditioned work shop with top-notch talent and leadership!
