Shawn has completed two large projects for me. One at my beach house in Narragansett, RI and the other a house we own in Southern RI. The Narragansett house entailed new windows, new trim work, new doors & new siding for the entire house. His communication was fantastic, super helpful in guiding our selections and executed in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond and added additional accent touches to complete the look. We were so satisfied with his work, we hired him to do a complete renovation on a home in Southern RI, including new roof, new exterior deck, new updated bathrooms, new flooring, and interior trim work. I highly recommend S & B Roofing for roofing and siding projects. The work was conducted on a Tribal Facility. The project was intensive as the roof had many sections and leaks. Most companies just come out and measure to provide an estimate. Shawn too the time to explain all the materials used and the process. The work was done efficiently. All construction materials were removed and the site and left the site neat and clean.
