Customer support was trash. Communicated the issues, got them the info and it was looking like they were going to help. 48 hrs later, told that the worker had a back issue. No big deal, hope he got better and I started looking elsewhere. Then, they contact me saying they wanted to help me with the issue just to never call or text back. Forced to buy a new appliance now but thanks for the wasted time.
