I am very satisfied with the work Serge did on my GE dryer very reasonably priced and he did the job within 45 minutes. He was very professional. His fee to diagnose the problem was less than quite a few others. Also he has wonderful reviews and that made me trust he would do Excellent work

Love love love Steve! I had a problem with my dryer and he came out on labor day 😮 amazing! He fixed it quickly and has very reasonable prices. While he was here he also looked at my refrigerator and washing machine. Both are now fixed and I am finally enjoying cold beverages. I can't say enough good things about Steve. He is honest and plays no games. I highly recommend calling the next time you need a repairman. You wont be disappointed.

What a refreshing experience. These folks answered my call the first try. They showed up on time and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. They went back to the office and called me back with the estimate, which was about 2/3 of the cost of a new washing machine. We decided to get a new machine, based on the cost of the repairs being that close to the purchase price of a new unit. I really appreciate the honesty and straight talk I received from SK, really good stuff. I will not hesitate calling them in the future, having honest repair folks are hard to find.

Great place! Steve and Cody did a professional job on my LG refrigerator. Refrigerator was 9 years old had a 5 year warranty but compressor had a 10 year warranty. LG covered compressor and circuit main board on their "nickel". Steve n Cody 😀 R&R the parts in a professional and timely manner. They know their stuff very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He's been in business for a long time and knows how to repair n what to replace, no BS. (He was the first technician to replace the rocks by the river 😅😅😅) Yes, I will use their services again. Their service charge was fair and yes I would recommend them to anyone requiring appliance repairs. Great service Call or visit the shop. Yes 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

You are doing yourself a favor hiring Steve! He is prompt{was here at the time he said he would be}, professional, gave us an estimate that was far cheaper than 3 other places gave us just to come out. Did the work quickly, and correctly. Also let us know that the drain coming from the house needed a plumber! So thanks to him we have our washer working, and avoided a huge problem of our drain backing up.
