Stout Air went above and beyond to help with our Kitchen remodel. When many other companies shied away from helping us change out our 8" exhaust ducting to 10", Stout Air stepped up and accepted the job. Their staff was responsive, knowledgeable, communicated professionally and got the job done. Family owned ans operated, excellent community values and amazing price. Will use them again for any A/C or ducting needs and have already recommended them to my friends and family for the same.

Outstanding experience with Stout Air (Tim Stout/owner). From my first phone call to the completed job, I felt relieved. My house had heat again and my family was comfortable. It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and "the other guys" said my heater blower went out but that didn't make sense because my a/c was blowing and worked just fine. I was quoted $1200-$1800 to get my heat working again. Family and friends gave me Tim's number and within hours he was able to diagnose my heater issue (nothing to do with the blower), got the part that needed to be replaced and got my heat back on (yes, all in the same day). When I called them , my air conditioner had gone out. When the service person came to the house he said it was old, which I knew it was. The motor had sized up, he ordered a new motor. Very kind people, I highly recommend them. Thank you so much
