This company was sent after contacting Whirlpool. The initial appointment was rescheduled to an earlier time, which was no problem. After the initial appointment, I was told that parts would be ordered and from there we would set up a time to have my appliances repaired. A week later, parts came and I was contacted and told that he could come now. I informed him that I had something scheduled and to come tomorrow. Not agreeing on a time, I was told that I would be called first. Early the next morning, before 9:00 a.m. I received a call and a voicemail which I missed. I was also working at the time and had plans to call back after things slowed down. Great service and very professional! Was quick to come out to access the probelm with my washing machine. Explained the issue, asked the age of the machine, and discussed with me whether i should replace or repair. Most repair places would push for a repair so they could make money but i didn't get that from this company. I have used this company multiple times and have had a great experience each time.

I called S&L for a second opinion on my dishwasher because another company told me I needed a whole new one. Not only did they come out in a timely manner they saved me a ton of money!!! They had great communication and service! My dishwasher is working like brand new!!! Thank you S&L!!!!

The company is one of only 2 contracted to my extended warranty plan. He was coming here to replace some parts on my washer (that took 3 1/2 weeks to come in), and I asked if he could put in the replacement glass I already had for my broken oven door. He said he could for $105. I needed it done and he was already going to be here so I agreed. Looking at the invoice now, I was charged $90 for a trip charge! He was already in my house!! Only $15 was labor. I should have shopped around. Maybe I could have found someone who wouldn’t leave fingerprints all over the inside of the glass, which I cannot clean unless I disassemble the door again.
