This is the only company local to me that is covered by Whirlpool extended warranty through D & G. HORRIBLE from the start. The issue with my washer was first reported 6/2. Today is 12/2. SIX MONTHS and my washer doesn't work. Technician has replaced control board TWICE, plastic pieces underneath a few times. Only in my area once a week, and they never have the part they diagnose on the unit, so it is always a week or two delayed until the next repair part arrives. Meanwhile, I pay monthly for the warranty and take my laundry to the laundromat. At this point, while the washer may be bad, any competent technician could have rebuilt the machine. I think i have been more than patient over six months without a washer. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY MIGHT RIP YOU OFF AS MUCH AS THEY HAVE ME!! P

I had an outstanding experience with S&S Appliance thanks to their Service Manager, JR. From start to finish, he made sure I was completely taken care of. His communication skills were excellent, he kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. JR was also extremely professional while helping me navigate everything with the home warranty company and Whirlpool. He went above and beyond to advocate for me and make sure the job got done right. I truly appreciate his dedication and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

I have extended warranty on my Maytag washing machine through Lowe's. I started having trouble, got a link from customer service to set up my service call and the company was S & S. Setting up the service call on their website was simple, easy and the confirmation/update process was immediate and very helpful. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely efficient. I received a call from him notifying me that he was on his way. He diagnosed my problem immediately and identified another issue that needed attention. Parts were ordered and follow up repair appointment was scheduled. I received a link to follow the progress of the technician each day that service was provided so I would have some idea how quickly he would be arriving indicating number of calls, calls finished when

Technician arrived at scheduled time. The S&S service experience has been excellent and appreciate their keeping you aware of technician arrival. Our technician, PG, was courteous and explained what was required to solve the problem with our ice maker. It will need to be replaced but he's able to have the part and make the install in one week. Very pleased with S&S.
