Called on Saturday, 3/6/21 & spoke with Tony. He indicated that he would come by on Monday early morning between 8:00-8:30a.m. to give me an estimate for a job. Monday morning at 8:45 am, I called him cause he had not arrived. He indicated that he was at the yard collecting materials that needed to be loaded onto his truck and that he would come by after. I asked if he had a time frame since I wanted to make sure to be home when he came by. He said it would be any where from10 minutes to and hour & if it was later he would give me a call to reschedule. Today is Tuesday 3/9//21, and I still have not heard from him! Not good business practice. If this review sounds familiar, I had the exact same experience with another fencing company on the same day. I'm not sure if it's because I'

03.03.20 = Same scenario. While on-site he specifically indicated the job was worth his time. A week later, "I have decided to pass on this quote. ". I appreciate the directness but this is not a business that appears to want more business.

Same scenario as others, said I wasn't worth the time and it was pointless for him to waste his time. If this is how they treat new business I wonder how they treat existing business. Will never call them for any service in the future
