Could've been much better. Most contract workers tell you what's wrong, quote you a price, and you make the decision. They just automatically did the work and charged us over $600. I don't care if it's 2025, that's an outrageous price! And the problems not even completely fixed. I'm hesitant to call them back. We want them to complete the job and fix the problem fully... but we're afraid we'll get charged an exuberant amount again, which we can't afford.

The repair men were very nice. With that said for a 1/2 hour of work I was charged $395 to repair one pipe that was leaking and replace the drain in the tub. They were here for approximately 1/2 hours. I did see the package the plug came in and it had a new face plate which they kept. He had the receipt from Menard's upside down in his clip board so I could not see the price they paid. I went to the website and found it. The plug was $12.45. This seemed very expensive but I was in a situation where Paschal Plumbing told me I needed a new hot water heater and wanted $2200. So I thought who can I trust? A lot of companies are going to get whatever they can out of you. But they did tell me I did not need a hot water tank replaced. I did tell the repairman I lived on SSI thinking this wou

I was told by another plumber that my bathtub was cracked and needed replacement. Sand S said it just needed grouting and referred me to his tile guy and didn’t charge me a dime for coming out. The other guy wanted $5,200 for new bath and surround. Definitely would recommend him and I’ll be using his services next time I need plumbing.

Called this company for help in a hot water heater issue. Had to leave a message for a callback regarding my new home. After 7 hrs... still no callback. Apparently this company has more business than they need, as they didn't seem to need my new business!!! Dont bother calling this company. They have everything they need and not accepting new customers!
