S & W Ready Mix Concrete

Ordered 9 yards of concrete 7/12/23, 3500psi w/fiber. Delivery driver turned wider than directed resulting in being stuck. I left the job site to go get my personal tractor with front end bucket to start unloading concrete out of truck. Delivery driver told me once unloaded he could get unstuck. After losing 5 yards of concrete to it getting hot and hard inside drum of truck, truck was unloaded and still wouldn't move. After about 3 hours of him being on the job he got a text from his boss telling him he needed to get off my job. After multiple calls to different local towing services found someone to pull him out at another $300 expense to me. Spoke with local boss of company that afternoon whom told me they would call back tomorrow but would make it right. They called Thursday morning to

Needed 27yards to fill so got an extra 30 yards just in case and still came up short 6 yards,there trucks areint measured right had to spend another $1,200 for there mistake!.was filling in a 31ft by 71ft four inches concrete. Id never recommend these guys worste type of business,shortening out the concrete

Poor customer service. The are rude to the general public. If they don't like you they will call the police and have you trespassed from their yard even when you never went on their yard

It Dont give the right directions
