Sabertooth Electric

We paid Steven Wolf (Sabertooth Electric) $10,855.75 (attached) to install a Generac Standby Generator in 2022. --- While the Generac worked, the engine always ran rough. I emailed that rough sound to Steven Wolf. He sent a service tech multiple times. The service tech was unable to fix it. We were charged $250 two times (2023 and 2025), did not fix the problem --- In 2025, I hired Acme Tools to investigate. That service tech quickly discovered that a regulator was not installed. Per the Generac manual, a regulator is required (attached). It cost us $296.44 to install a regulator. --- Steven Wolf refuses to pay us this cost. --- This is taking advantage of us by requiring us to pay for a job that he did not complete. ---------- Addition #1: I did not hire a third party to connect

When i see a shooting star i wish that i would have never met this company. Ive had a generac generator in my yard for 2 years and its been tons of trouble and doesnt run to this day. Now this company will not answer my my calls or text. If anyone thinks about buying a product from this company please reach out to me. I will bring you to my home and show you the generator sitting in my yard with the red light on because it will not run. And then we can try calling Sabre to see if they will answer. Maybe this post will help. I will delete this if im taken care of as a customer.

Sabertooth Electric installed our Generac Generator in 2021. They were the only certified resource within 250 miles to do the service. Everything seemed to go just as it should. Since then, it just sat in the yard and ran a weekly self-test which we were notified of by text message. When the Christmas Eve 2023 Ice Storm hit and power poles snapped all around us like toothpicks, the generator turned itself on and ran for 7 days. With Sabertooth's quality installation and service of generator, where we could have lost everything, we lost nothing. They are a great partner for all things electric.
