Customer service at Sabre has been really helpful. They followed up with us to register our appliances and gave us time in spite of running past the registration deadline after closing of our home. When asked if they could help us with installation of bidets and shower filters, the representative made sure we were taken care of, scheduled a quick appointment and the service technician really tested all the plumbing to make sure it works well!

We had a plumber come out to troubleshoot a pressure drop issue. They were very thorough, inspecting the plumbing throughout the house, and were able to determine the Water Softener was the problem. Once the Water Softener fixed we had the Retrofitters come out and install a Whole House Humidifier. They called before leaving the shop to give us an ETA and arrived earlier than expected. For a very reasonable price they finished the work in less time than they quoted us and gave us great instructions on how to use the system and other useful tips for keeping our whole HVAC system in good working order. I would call them back out again if we ever had another issue.

Similarly to the pattern of other new build home owners who had Sabre install components of their homes (I built with Creative Homes)-I just had my water heater soldering come completely undone, had the pipe come off clean and flood my basement. The house just turned 5 years old this month. I called them originally to come emergency fix it because the water is turned off to the house and they had convoluted pricing and were ready to rip me off even more with hourly fees and it took three phone calls to get it scheduled with a price of “minimum $600”. No ownership, no accountability for their work, no respect for their brand. Find someone else or if they did your original install-GET IT INSPECTED. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

Replace my 24 year old furnace. Getting quote was fast and easy. Good price and value. Technicians that did the replacement were polite and got the job done in less than a day.

Had a tech come out to resolve a tankless water heater issue on 10-6-25 in Elk River Minnesota on a newly constructed house early afternoon . Water would get hot initially then 2-3 minutes later get ice cold. I was at work while the water heater was being inspected. The tech did not communicate with me what his findings were, what he did, etc. All I wanted was a brief follow up of what his findings were. Nothing. Had to follow up with the emergency line later to get any details regarding the visit. The tech claimed there was no issue. When I exited the shower that morning of 10-6-25 I was shivering cold. UNPROFESSIONAL!
