SAC Remodeling

This last year we embarked on a large addition to our house. The process of choosing a contractor is stressful, but luckily that was the last bit of stress we had in the process. Every step of the way: planning, prep, foundation, framing, drywall, finish work, all of it was done quickly and with incredible skill. This would all be enough, but the personal attention and wide-open communication from Shane and Carla down to their boys who are incredibly skilled at what they do made the process worry free. The result was amazing, beyond our wildest dreams and they were done more than a month ahead of schedule. I cannot possibly oversell this company. I have never been happier to recommend a business.

SAC is everything you could want in a contractor! We had three bathroom taken down to studs and new flooring put in and it was an amazing experience. You hear horror stories about remodeling but with Shane and his team it was fast and efficient. The best part was the communication. The longest I went without hearing back from them was probably a few hours. I always knew what was going on. Highly recommended!

Entire home gutted and renovated… and an addition was done. Huge project that took over a year to complete. It turned out better than I could’ve imagined. This company stands by their work! This is the second time I have used SAC. My project was completed on time, on budget and beyond my satisfaction. Shane offered many suggestions during construction that contributed to an amazing outcome. His expertise and integrity are worth the price. If you want a cheap bid with the corresponding poor quality, he is not the contractor for you. He will not be the least expensive bid but he will be, without question, the best choice if you want a quality job with excellent suggestions to improve the project.
