Sacco's was recommended by C & R Hardware in Forestport to key some new door knobs to all take the same key. Store is conveniently located, looks modern & new with off street parking. Dropped door knobs off and they were ready in about an hour. Key worked perfect in each one. Also bought a floor safe with combination lock. Have had too many electronics die on me to get a digital lock mechanism on something intended for multigenerational use. Safe was delivered & installed easy peasy. Beige color blends with carpeting. The combination dial looks & moves smooth like fine jewelry. Very happy with the product, delivery & installation. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again & recommend them.

We traveled 3.5 hours from our home state of Connecticut. Our local locksmith was unable to repair our inherited vintage safe without drilling holes in the door. Sacco was recommended by Steve’s Restoration in Frankfort, NY. Paul Jr. worked his magic to repair the locking mechanism, which hadn’t functioned in at least 50 years. He also made keys for the inside drawer. Impressively, all of this was accomplished on the very same day we arrived! We are truly grateful for the commitment, professionalism, and dedication to excellence demonstrated by Paul and his staff.
