I had reported bee problem to Saela Pest control. Victor came out and discovered it was wasp. They had left the nest but informed me they would be back in the spring (3months). He did discover I had a mole problem around the whole house. He explained to me in detail how to get rid of them, he was very patient with me because this is all new to me. Thank you Victor.

Had a pest problem when they started treating my house almost a year ago and still have the same exact pest problem if not worse. They’ve come probably close to 10 times between the quarterly treatments AND resprays. I wish I would’ve never signed up honestly. Terrible service. Not worth the money or the hassle of a subscription/service with them.

The sales guy made them sound so cheap and amazing. They ended up being twice what I was paying another company and I can only cancel over the phone. Which I have trouble doing at work. I saw no results and I am left with a bill that was more than this widow mother could afford.

MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT. Misleading salesmen don't tell you that they sign you up for a year long contract. That cost $200+ to cancel.

I had a representative show up on time today and took care of all of my concerns. So today was great. However. I have almost had this service for 1 year. I has actually on seen the representative 2. The day the service started and today. They notify you of your next service a few days before your scheduled treatment. So if you dont call them to reschedule they will just show up. I can say they do always complete the outside service, but can only say that because i have outdoor cameras. I calle to reschedule my last appt because i want to have the inside treated. They did reschedule, but never showed up after i stayed home all day waiting on them. They also didnt call or send anything that they were bot coming or acknowledge their apologies that i wasted my day. Not only did this h
