My mom found Saenz Heating and Cooling on Facebook by someone that referred the company / Emmanuel. My mom then referred him to me when I needed to call a professional. Emmanuel came out last year and replaced our thermostat. This year when we turned on our furnace it was blowing cold air- he came out and replaced the igniter. He had to call around for the part and found it- he stated he would be gone for an hour and come right back to replace and he did. Two weeks later, I noticed the temp in our house wasn’t staying regulated and wasn’t wanting to stay at set temperature on the thermostat. I sent Emmanuel a message on Sunday and he came Monday morning to make sure everything was working properly. He turned the fan down a little bit and recommended to place plastic around our windows. He was able to install a mini split unit for me at my cabin, and the best part is I didn't even need to be there! Just gave him the code to the door and he made it happen. Emmanuel came out to our property today to fix our non-marking water heaters. Not only was he kind, professional, and explain things extra extraordinarily. Well, he was just a heck of a nice guy. He walked me through exactly what had been happening, showed me the heating element that he replaced and where it had broken. He showed me the pieces that was leaking and the rust and where he had replaced and fix the coupling. He gave me tips on what I can do to prevent the issue from happening again and made further recommendations for the future. He did exactly what was needed without trying to sell a new water heater or do anything more than what we needed him to do.
