I’m still scratching my head and feeling bad about my experience with this company. I saw the positive Google reviews (not realizing many are fake!), and appreciated that the website listed a starting price for a chimney inspection & cleaning, ($299, unless there was creosote buildup). The tech let me know ahead of time that he was running late, which was fine. He came in a truck that said “Chim Care” on the side, so I thought that was a little odd, but not room for concern. He seemed professional and knowledgable from what I could tell. The tech inspected the chimney from the basement and the roof of our 2-story house, and showed me pictures stating there was some creosote buildup. He then said it would be $499 for the cleaning, but that he would clean the pellet stove as well. I’ve paid

Had no chimney cap at all, which I knew was risky. Safe Chimney in Olympia came by and put one on quickly. They made sure everything fit right so no leaves or critters can get inside now. They replaced my old chimney cap that was full of rust and holes. The new one fits well and keeps everything out like it should. Took less time than I expected and now the chimney looks a lot better too. If you need a cap swap, these guys do a solid job. Finally found good help in olympia, wa.

Safe Chimney Inc sent Henry to check my gas fireplace last week. The damper was stuck because of rust and wouldn't close fully. Henry cleaned it up and got it moving smoothly again. Fireplace works great now with no issues. Thanks to Safe Chimney Inc for the quick fix!

This morning Jayden from Safe Chimney cleaned out my dryer vent and pulled out a crazy amount of lint. I didn’t realize how clogged it was until now. The dryer runs way better and feels safer too.
