Showed up at eight thirty a m when they were supposed to open and nobody was there. So I called them and nobody answered. Then I got a call back, told them that I was out in their parking lot, waiting for them to open and while I was saying that was interrupted.And he said his guy would be there in five minutes. Waited.\nFor fifteen minutes , nobody showed so I left. Drove by his place again , about a half hour later on my way to another locksmith , and still didn't see anybody in the parking lot. I would never use this place for anything.

I’ve never been so absolutely astonished by a business! I currently live in an apartment. Unfortunately I lost my key in the grassy outside my building. It’s a larger area. Multiple people helped me look but with the leaves and lack of upkeep in the area…we haven’t been able to find it. I was going to have to wait three days and pay over $150 to get new locks put in by the staff here at the apartment complex. No woman wants to be terrified for three straight days if someone found the key to her and was able to locate the apartment and gain access, especially while you’re sleeping. So finally Friday pretty late in the day I called safe home lock and key. They said that they would be right over… and they were. They didn’t charge much in comparison to what my own apartment complex was going

My husband had a spare key made here for our new home in Boise. I had not even been in my new home for less than 24 hours and went out the back door to check out the neighborhood park with my toddler and didn’t realize the door locked behind me. I called Safe Home Lock & Key and he was here within 30 minutes and had us back inside within 5 minutes of arrival! Thank for the speedy service!!

OK! I have to give a big kudos for a moment to Safe Home Lock & Key. The owner went above and beyond in helping me last moment with getting some keys made. I leave town bright and early tomorrow and this kind man stayed late to make sure that I had keys prior to my departure. He wanted to make sure that I was able to keep my property safe on my travels. Even though I was completely okay with waiting until tomorrow to get the lock keys completed He wanted to make sure I was not waiting around. What a guy! I admire how he runs his business and will recommend anyone with key needs to reach out to him! His skills were obvious of years of work in the industry.

We needed some cabinet and drawer locks replaced at our business. Jerry showed up the same day and was able to assist with getting the taken care of. Great guy and a master of his craft. Thank you Jerry!
