Amazing service! I contacted Safe House Ai‎r D‎‎‎u‎‎‎‎c‎‎‎‎t CI‎‎‎‎e‎‎‎an‎‎‎‎ing Lake Side before I wanted the Duct Cleaning done and he was able to accommodate me by juggling another appointment. Everything took place as scheduled, they did a great job and the work area was left clean. Absolutely no I would highly recommend this Company and would contact them again.

This company is rated incorrectly, I called and spoke to a call center at 0810 and was unable to have simple questions answered. Does the company have a B license to clean A/C duct work or are their technicians NADCA certified. The call center was focused on setting an appointment, I requested a call back from a technician and received a call within two hours. I again asked these questions and was unable to receive an answer. What I did receive from the technician was “ do you think we would send technicians over that are not certified?”, and he hung up. Customer service is and was not one of their priorities and for this reason I will not use nor recommend this company.

The workmen were very professional. They took their time and did a totally thorough job. Very satisfied customer, will use again.

They came for the duct cleaning. I am very happy with the professionalism they represent. Will definitely recommend to other people.
