My family member locked her purse in her car with the keys and her phone. We called AAA and Mike arrived in about 20 minutes (so glad). He unlocked the car in less than one minute! He also gave us advice on a door lock that is problematic. Very calm, nice, professional guy. Highly recommend.

I don't give 5 stars until I've had a few experiences & everyone can improve. But Mikes as close as a 5 gets. Fast! From the call to being unlocked.. 25mins! for $70! I was on time for my appt & a little wiser on what I did wrong! 😂
