[See Picture] Safe Shelter installed a beautiful phone app-controlled Aprilaire dehumidifier 'loop' that keeps our newly remodeled basement dry, comfortable and mold free. One supply and one return vent each in our finished space and the unit hanging nicely out of site in a storage room. Our newly arid basement also helps keep the upstairs living spaces dry. This was a homerun considering the unit is whisper-quiet, operated on typical 110v, has a gravity fed drain and is capable of maintaining target humidity levels for the entire basement. It even turns on and samples the air every 15 minutes when not in use to determine whether it needs to activate (now how cool is that!?). So thanks Safe Shelter! Darren

They came out immediately, assessed the situation, told me what was wrong with the installation and system of the radon company I was continuing to have issues with, wrote up their findings and replaced the system. they were expeditious, professional and generally really easy and kind to work with.
