I called Safe and Warm because I was looking to replace a wood stove. Alas they don't sell them. What started out to be a short end of the road call turned into a wonderful conversation that not only garnered good information but referals too. Too often these days calls to lots of companies gets you nothing but a sales pitch but this was different, genuine interest and a helpfulness that isn't easily found these days. If you need services for gas fired inserts or heating stoves give these folks a call. The mark of a good business is when you don't buy from them and they treat you like you bought the entire shop out. They don't have to do it, its just how they are. Thats Safe and Warm. Bravo!

This is a wonderful company, prompt, clean, honest prices that match what they say it will cost on the phone. We had a heck of a time finding an honest chimney sweep after our old trusted guy left the business. These people are so honest and knowledgeable. Daniel, the man in charge, and the two gentlemen who assisted him, Jason and Daniel's son, Kevin, were all knowledgeable, efficient, polite. pleasant and very prompt. They left the area where they worked cleaner than it had been when they arrived. Daniel especially paid attention to details, ensuring that the unit not only works well, but that it looks very good, too.
