SafeGuard Impact Windows, Doors & Roofing

We reached out to a few companies for quotes for our window to French door project and Safeguard came in with a good price! I worked with Gabriela from start to finish to schedule the measurements and was my contact to get updates on the door shipment. Once the materials arrived, we were able to schedule the installation. The whole process took about two months (they take care of the permitting too!). They gave us a couple options for window tint and let us choose handle material. They installed the door within a day and came back to do the track and wall painting. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because I did ask to keep the window in advance and also on the day of the install, but never received it. Excellent experience start to finish. This company has a very good process, and more importantly a great team. Our install team Fernando and Pedro worked efficiently and cleanly, taking care of our home. Danny the supervisor came before the job began to explain how the process would work, provided the permit documents and answered all of our questions. He came back at the end of the job to ensure the job was done right, and take care of any loose ends. The office staff was always courteous and helpful.
