We recently purchased our first home at Sage Farms and have nothing but good things to say. Since our home is still in the building stage I can’t speak on the final product yet but the process so far has been wonderful. Craig and Derek are so personable and efficient with communication, they are always happy to answer all of our many questions and not once did we feel any pressure to purchase a home during any of our 4+ visits. We toured a lot of communities and a lot of model homes and the value to quality ratio at Sage Farms certainly stood out. The location, convenience and overall product presented at Sage Farms left us feeling confident in our decision to call this community home.
