Never use them! Extremely no concern about there work and where they cut corners... they will park in front of garages and pull the "no English" card when needing access to your garage.... worthless employees

If i can , i will give 0 star. In my opinion this is the worst company! They are not certified LEAD paint removal company. But they removed lead paint ( we confirmed with lead test kit) on a house in the neighborhood and no protection in place . The lead paint dust just blew into the open air. As concerned parent, I just try to protect my babies' health. Told them to stop working, they didn't care and told me in my face they knew they shouldn't do , but they would continue the job. No moral ethics. And they have multiple violations and have been penalized by CCB for business practice. See attached photos. Found the info from Oregon CCB website. Would u really want to hire a company who has multiple CCB violations ? Please think twice!

I have used Sage for several things throughout the years being a property manager. They never let me down! Jessica in the office is amazing and gets me those invoices. Cory is always helpful and willing to come out to my property and get me bids. Thank you, Sage!

I will never do business with these people. One of their contractors tried to run me and my child off the road while flipping me his middle finger. He was looking directly at my child in the backseat while his vehicle was 8 inches from my child's door.

The office staff is responsive and communicative, the quality of the work is exceptional, the price is more than fair, the owner, Shawn, handled my complaints with grace and worked to resolve any issues I had with my small remodeling project. I will definitely have them out to bid my upcoming structural projects--we're planning on expanding R&D out over the workshop and I need someone I can trust to make sure it goes smoothly and to make sure that all of the permits are correct and building codes are followed. I'm confident that both Kim and Nolberto (as well as all of the hardworking people on the team) can help me manage a big project while keeping stress-levels low for my nerds at the the robot-factory.
