Last update (July 17th 2022): Before the 2nd service (keep in mind first time was already a nightmare), Sergio asked if he could change it temporarily from Saturday to Sunday and I told him it was fine. A few days before the service I text and confirmed he would be out on Sunday and he said yes. Today is Sunday and we left doggy door shut for him most of the day and never heard from him. I text him 3x and no answer. It's now 6:23 pm and still nothing. No response to texts no phone call and no show. Very very unprofessional and unreliable. If you choose to risk it and hire them, I'd suggest you don't pay till AFTER all work has been done and just count on him not doing what he says he's going to. _________ Update: After talking to Sergio he agree to come out 2 days later to do the or
