We couldn't be happier that we followed a friend's advice to call Scott. Our home with the basement foundation leak is out of town, and we had gotten an estimate from a big name company for ALOT of money. Scott is very knowledgeable and his experience shows. His repair was many thousands of dollars less, and still very high quality. He explained the repair well, is hard working and detailed. I absolutely will tell my friends to use St Joe Waterproofing if a need arises! So thankful Scott did our repair.

I hate to give one star because he did not do any work for me, but I feel he was extremely unprofessional when I spoke to him. I called to get a quote, he rudely told me he would NOT go to three different towns. The house in question is here in town. He was very short, and basically told me he had no time and hung up on me. I understand from reading reviews he is very good, but you just can't talk to customers anyway you want to. I thought customer service was a problem with the younger generation, turns out it is a problem for all. Sad.

Scott came in and added two sump pumps in our basement and everything looks great!
