The manufacturers repair people have come by and have done nothing about it and have charged me astronomical prices just to have the issue happen again, All without explanation of what the issue is or how to fix it or prevent it from happening. Tech from Sakura showed up on time, was very friendly, was able to diagnose and take care of the issue in almost no time. Not only did they take care of the issue, they explained to me the common design flaw in my freezer and how I can fix the issue myself when it inevitably pops up again in the future. I recently hired Sakura Appliance Repair to repair my leaking refrigerator and my clothes washer, which was not washing my clothes very well. In both cases, Alex the repairman quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed them in short order. Alex also gave me insight as to what the cause of the problem was and the resolution. Alex also gave me great advice with regards to my appliances. The fixes prolonged the life of my appliances, rather than forcing me into buying new appliances every time a minor problem occurred. Alex was prompt, courteous and efficient. My appliances are in good hands with Sakura. I’ve had similar experiences in the past with Sakura, and I have always been very happy with the results.

Technician came out exactly as scheduled to get my refrigerator fixed. Very upfront about costs and options and any issues that may arise in the future. He got my refrigerator working again in under 2 hours, and also fixed my insanely loud dryer while he was here. Gave me recommendations about maintenance I should be doing too. 100% would recommend and I will be calling them again for any appliance repairs I may need in the future.

I’ve used Sakura twice and was greatly satisfied with the service. Alex answered the call both times. One for the washer 2 years ago and most recently the dryer.
