LIARS AND THIEVES! Salinas Pump charged me over $4,000 for work they never did. We repeatedly contacted them through the course of two years for the work. When I called to find out why, after two years, the pump was still not functioning properly, they only then informed me that they never did the replacement. I demanded a full refund with interest. Owner, Pam Thompson, refused. She also refused to speak with me directly and had her office person, Alicia Huerta, communicate that they would not be giving me a full refund. I had to email and call daily asking for the refund and have my property management call as well.
