Salinas Valley Roofing

I just thought it's not cool. I was told they do free estimate but I was not told that inspection has a flat rate fee of 350$ i did not debate anymore because I dont want stress. So I just gave the 350.. I dont like debate. But not cool for not telling about the inspection charge. Of course you can't make an estimate unless you do inspection. .

Jeff and Lisa are highly trustworthy and they mean what they say. They are very kind and very effective. My roof was extensively damaged by a solar company and they came to salvage my roof immediately upon my request for help. SVR's roofers are professional, experienced, and did an excellent job for me without any delay. They repaired my roof at a time when the help was most needed. I recently had my roof repaired by Salinas Valley Roofing and I am very satisfied with the workmanship this company has provided me. An appointment was made and the owner Jeff Lorono showed up a little earlier than the set up time which was way better. He inspected the roof and he took the time and explained to me what was needed to be done and how it would be done. An appointment was set for the work to begin repairs in two days.and they were at my house on time and completed the work as agreed. Last winter I had leak in my tile roof. Called Salinas Valley Roofing. They sent someone within hours. They found broken tiles and the underlayment was bad. Do to covid we were not able to replace the underlayment at that time. So he replaced the broken tiles for now to stop the leak. Last week we called Salinas Valley Roofing to come back and remove the tile and install the new underlayment and put back the existing tiles. Thanks for all your help. Great job.
