Sally's House Cleaning Services

Received a quote, very responsive initially. When they came to the house I told them the door was unlocked and they could come in. I have a puppy and it was barking. She is behind a gate so they would not be near the dog and the dog could not get near them. I explained that to her, they didn’t even come in and she texted saying, we can’t do it the dog is too big. And after that has not responded at all. I would never do business with them, very unreliable.

Booked and paid a deposit, told her to work with realtor on confirming service going forward. She kept reaching our and ignored, when I brought up the lack of professionalism she got postal, and then sent me personal phone messages that were inappropriate. Thankfully she refunded the deposit so glad I dodged this bullet.

10/10 would recommend and use again. Absolutely great job! I was able to hire them to clean specific rooms and they did amazing. Definitely using them in the future and recommending them for anyone who needs a good clean for their home.

I just gave birth to my second daughter a week ago, and needed help getting my house cleaned because, I cannot do a lot right now. My mother got in contact with Sally, and all was good after we got a quote and everything, she told us she would show up on Monday. Monday came and she contacted us telling us she would not be able to come because of a family emergency THEN she said that she would come. AFTER she agreed to coming on Monday like she originally said she then told us that the house she was at already was too much work than she expected so they wold not be able to show up until Tuesday.
