Saltair Building + Design

I recently contracted Saltair to renovate my condo's kitchen. This was my first time doing any sort of remodeling on this scale. Roei and the team proved to be immensely helpful, providing guidance throughout the entire process The city of Los Angeles messed up filing permits and thought we were redoing the whole building. This obviously sucked and was out of our control but Roei and everyone handled it very well by immediately refiling the permits once the he caught their mistake. The cabinet maker also had some slight delays making the cabinets due to other jobs and holidays but Roei was able to schedule back to back work so we could get the kitchen done as soon as possible. The Saltair team was phenomenal to work with during our construction process. We had a very dated master bathroom and Roei/ Saltair team designed and built the bathroom of our dreams. The bathroom layout is now functional and aesthetically what we were looking for. They regularly communicated construction updates with us and we always knew what to expect next. Saltair just finished our ADU garage conversion and we are very happy with the result. The experience with them was very good and communication was excellent. They were there throughout the project and guided us step by step in the process. Gal did the design and helped us a lot with the 3D visualization, which made the process much easier. It was a pleasure working with the Saltair team and their sub contractors. They are knowledgeable and experienced. They supported our plans and ideas while also giving some suggestions that turned out to be great. What started out as a kitchen remodel with the removal of a wall, ended up being an open concept with additional changes. That included changes to our dining and living room which turned out great. They also did everything in a timely manner and they worked with our budget. We would highly recommend Saltair Building + Design for any remodel or building construction. And, for sure we will use them again when we remodel our bathrooms.
