My water heater quit working last Friday. I made an appointment with Salter, Inc. for today, 6-24-24. After learning that my old water heater wasn't going to work, I asked for a replacement. The time was after 10 am when I requested the replacement. By 12 noon, Alex and Austin had my new water heater installed and heating water. Alex even corrected some piping errors from previous work. They were both professional, friendly, and polite. Turn to Salter, Inc. for all your plumbing needs.

They came the very next morning after I called to schedule an appointment. They were right on time. Alex fixed our toilet wring and did a great job. Like new! He also put in a new soap dispenser. It took about an hour to do all of it. Alex was professional and courteous and he knew what he was doing. Thank you Salter Plumbing - y’all are the best!

Time Management: Poor They showed up late. Some days they did not show up at all. They set us back on our schedule by over a week. Communication: Below average Off-site they did not call to let me know what was happening. I had to call multiple times to see if they were coming out. On-site they explained the process and work to be done. They either did not listen to job requirements or forgot key aspects. Quality: Below average A new drain pipe that was installed was taken too low so that it didn't clear the ceiling of our renovated kitchen. As a result, we needed to frame and drywall a box to cover the mistake. During the removal of a cast iron drain pipe, it is my belief that they cracked a cast-iron fitting, which should have been removed. After tiling the newly renovated bathro

We Have been using Salter for several years and have been satisfied until now. We had a shower cartridge replaced and because they didn't have the part were charged for 2 trips. Alex has always been very good and we will miss him. Check prices before you hire them.

My parents used this company to repair a leaky toilet. They came in looked at it gave them the cost of the repair and supposedly repaired the problem. However the toilet started leaking again and Salters was called and guess what they were a no show. So once the toilet was looked at by another company that did show up it revealed a cobbled up mess. They left the flange broken and used silicone caulk all around the bottom of the toilet to hide the mess. All I have to say is $200 dollars later it is being fixed right. If u need to have any plumbing done do NOT use this company. You will be ripped off.
