Doug was prompt, polite, and fixed our microwave in under 5 minutes! He sent me a link for a $2 part to order on my own, and didn’t try to mark it up or book a follow up appointment in order to charge for another service call or labor. Highly recommend!

Erick was prompt, helpful and honest. He diagnosed the issue with our appliance immediately and advised us it wasn't worth the cost of repair, we should replace it. He even recommended the best brand to replace it with. It was obvious he's had many years of experience, has ties and is invested in this community. He will be the one I call for any appliance repair we might need in the future.
